66.1 P2

a) The title of my animation is Woodland walk and will run for a total of 2 minutes 10 seconds. It will be presented on social media sites, such as Twitter and Tumblr and other video sharing websites, for example YouTube and Vimeo. I have created this animation with the intention of allowing anyone , including children, to be able to view this animation as it poses no threat. However the key audience I have in mind is teen-young adult as it is a fairly simple story which may not appeal to younger viewers wanting a more exciting short. Also, I would've thought it would be more popular amongst females due to the mostly female cast and connection to animations such as Bambi which may be seen as a more female orientated film. This animation will also appeal to members of the LGBT society as it contains two lesbian characters. As there are no words spoken, the animation and its story will be able to be understood worldwide.

d) Backdrop set design

The main background in my animation is composed of three different layers of trees, the first contains small, dark tree trunks with a grey backdrop, the second is slightly larger brown trees and the third is contains the largest trees with most detail.

The other background, shown in the final scene includes and opening in the forest which contains a river, once Eve and Flo have hugged, the camera then pans up to reveal the sky and end credits.
